Any vowel that comes before a Nasal Symbol must have a tilde.
Aspiration Rule for /p/
/p/ is Aspirated at the beginning of a stressed syllable immediately before a vowel.
Voiceless Stop Aspiration Rule
Voiceless stops before a vowel become aspirated when the syllable is stressed.
