Action Contents

Part of the Morality Job Description. The contents of the action itself can be deemed moral or immoral. Examples:

• Telling the truth
• Killing for fun The contents of moral actions must be concerned with the wellbeing of entities. Either promoting or protecting these entities’ interests.

Contrast

A claim that has no sense of moral polarity can be like: “It is immoral to step on the cracks in the sidewalks at noon on sunny days”. This action does not harm or benefit any entities. These claims can also become moral, if they are ascribed meaning and importance by a society. Commonly seen in Christian Doctorine
