CD-R
CD’s are CD-ROM disks specially made to be burnable so that users could write their own data to it. The variants were:
- 74-minute/650MB
- 80-minute/700MB The readable side is colored as it is made of a special chemical to allow for easier burning
CD-RW
A CD-R disk that allows you to write over and over again, burning over existing data.
