These are built into the motherboards and are compatibly with certain vendors only. Every socket is created so that it is impossible to insert the CPU the wrong way.

A bottom triangle indicates where to line up the bottom pins.
Lift the lever up- Place CPU over, it should naturally fall in place due to ZIF Sockets
