Similar to the System Crystal, the EBC provides a periodic signal only to Expansion Bus.
This is to provide a standard speed regardless of system hardware.
You would connect these directly to the Expansion Bus
This means No Matter how fast the motherboard runs, the expansion slots run at a standard speed
