Tool that sends signals down a cable to detect changes in Impedance. When a break is detected in the cable, the signal is sent back.
This allows to tool to calculate:
- Time of reflection
- Distance of the breakage An Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer measures for Fibre Optic Cable
