Definition

1. With $A$ as a Real Number or Complex Number $n\times n$ Matrix
2. Let $||\cdot |{|}_v$ as a norm for ${\mathbb{F}}_m$
3. With $||\cdot |{|}_w$ be a norm for ${\mathbb{F}}_n$
4. Then, the matrix norm $||A|{|}_{op}=sup\{||Av|{|}_w:||v||v\le 1\}$
