A philosophical thinker and writer that revolutionized Morality.

Personal Life

Kant used to party and host big events, living in a Hedonistic lifestyle. At age 40, he reflected on his life, seeing that his lifestyle was not the most ethical one to lead. He developed his routine that he would later carry on until the end of his life. Kant left his house, went to his lectures, wrote his ideas and ate at the exact same time every day. He never went outside to different places, never left his hometown. Every day in his life was the same. Life became clockwork. He believed his life should be lived to maximize his own potential.

Midlife Crisis

Kant believed that it was this Midlife Crisis that transformed him to the way he is now, and that midlife crises were essential for reforming people

Kant’s Moral Philosophy

Morality is something that exists to help us evaluate whether something is good or bad It follows Moral Universality. For something to be good, it has to be universally good
